A fee on what the carrier gives up.
Besides the subscription, 10% of the amount a carrier takes off an invoice, by cancelling or reducing a charge, after a letter prepared here, up to the amount the letter disputed. You record the outcome in the product, and the fee is invoiced separately, outside Paddle.com Market Ltd. It applies only while your subscription is active.
About the price.
- What counts toward the limit?
- Distinct container numbers on the invoices accepted in one calendar month. The same container on two invoices counts once.
- When does the 10% fee apply?
- Only while you have a subscription, and only on amounts a carrier cancelled or reduced after a letter prepared here, up to the amount the letter disputed. It is a separate invoice from us, outside Paddle.com Market Ltd.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Email support@demurragecheck.com and we cancel within one business day. The current period runs to its end. The terms and the refund policy have the details.
